location and appointments
*Please note I offer remote/telemedicine as well in-person appointments.
My office is located at 9700 Village Center Dr. Suite 50P Granite Bay, CA 95746.
When arriving, please feel free to park in any available space. The office is located on the bottom floor. Please follow the signs that will direct you to suite 50P. If you arrive early, please feel free to wait in the conference room, on the bench in the hallway, or outside on the patio. I will come find you at your appointment time.
For your first appointment, please arrive 10-15 minutes early to complete intake paperwork. Please feel free to reserve any questions about the paperwork if needed. We will discuss together in the session.
Payment is accepted either by HIPAA compliance IVY Pay or through cash/check at the beginning of the session. Please feel free to reach out to me prior to the session with any questions/concerns about payment.
I have a 24 hour cancelation policy. If you are unable to make your session for any reason, please let me know prior to 24 hours. If not contacted prior to the deadline, the full fee will be charged. I will do my best to work with you to reschedule to fit your needs.
